Use, jurisdiction and professional responsibility

The materials workflow references civil proceedings in mainland China: retain originals, original media and provenance, with evidence identifiers. The lawyer reviews lawfulness, relevance, facts to be proved and submission procedure. An appropriately qualified expert reviews medical questions; any forensic assessment is separately undertaken by an eligible professional or institution under the applicable process.
